Our magnificent barn has stood proudly on Fitzleroi Farm for over 400 years. It’s had many lives over the centuries—but now it’s all yours to celebrate one of the most memorable days of your life.

The barn hosted its first wedding over twenty five years ago. The day was so special that it inspired the bride, Julia, to open the venue to others—so they too could experience the beauty of the barn and its stunning surroundings.
Julia and her team, together with a trusted network of suppliers, are always on hand to offer guidance, help plan every detail, and take care of you on your wedding day.
Our 16th-century timber-framed barn will be yours to enjoy, along with your suppliers, from 10 am to 6 pm the day before your celebration, and from 9 am to 2 pm the day after—so you can relax and truly soak in the occasion.

We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, which can be held in the Main Barn, Long Room, Courtyard, or the Meadow with its breathtaking South Downs views.
The Main Barn and Courtyard each accommodate ceremonies of up to 120 guests, while the Meadow—with its breathtaking South Downs views—also seats up to 120.
For more intimate gatherings, the Long Room is ideal for ceremonies of up to 60 guests.

We have a selection of trusted caterers who have been hand picked by our team for you to choose from.
For a fee, we do allow caterers who are not on our recommended list but, they will need to be approved by our team.

No, we are strongly opposed to charging corkage to our couples. Therefore, none of our caterers charge corkage either.

Last orders at the bar is 11.30 pm, the music is to finish by 11.45 pm and carriages are by midnight.

Yes, we have ample parking at Fitzleroi Barn which is all hard standing and very close to the venue. Allocated disabled parking is also available.

Yes - There are no steps in the venue except those to the gallery and the main toilets.
We also have an accessible toilet which is accessed directly from the long room and main barn.

You have access to the barn between 10 am and 6 pm the day before your wedding day, and between 9 am and 2 pm the day after your wedding to collect your belongings.

Yes, absolutely. We have ample space for live bands, DJ’s, Cedliahs or to use your own playlist or sound system
